Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the credit union’s strategic direction, adopting governing policies, and ensuring the organization operates in a safe, sound, and compliant manner. The Board hires, supports, and oversees the President/CEO, while maintaining oversight of financial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Directors serve as fiduciaries, acting in good faith and in the best interests of the membership as a whole. Board members are elected by the credit union’s membership and serve staggered three‑year terms, providing continuity of leadership and governance. Through this structure, the Board represents the voice of the members and ensures the credit union remains focused on its mission, long‑term sustainability, and service to the community.

Supervisory Committee

Appointed by the Board, the Committee oversees audits, evaluates internal controls, and monitors compliance with laws, regulations, and credit union policies to support accurate reporting, strong controls, and accountability to members..

Advisory Committee

Appointed by the Board of Directors, the Council is a non-governing body that advises the Board and management. It has no fiduciary authority or voting power but supports informed decision-making and helps strengthen the credit union’s ties to members and the community.

Directors Emeritus

Directors Emeritus are individuals with 20 or more years of service to the credit union, recognized for their commitment and experience. Appointed by the Board for a single three-year term, they do not serve in a governance or fiduciary role but provide valuable advice and historical perspective.
