Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the credit union’s strategic direction, adopting governing policies, and ensuring the organization operates in a safe, sound, and compliant manner. The Board hires, supports, and oversees the President/CEO, while maintaining oversight of financial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Directors serve as fiduciaries, acting in good faith and in the best interests of the membership as a whole. Board members are elected by the credit union’s membership and serve staggered three‑year terms, providing continuity of leadership and governance. Through this structure, the Board represents the voice of the members and ensures the credit union remains focused on its mission, long‑term sustainability, and service to the community.
