BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors represents the members as a fiduciary, provides strategic leadership for the Credit Union, hires the CEO and monitors performance, and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and sound practices.

SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
The Supervisory Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors to ensure that member assets are safeguarded, internal policies are followed, and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The committee coordinates the internal and external audits of the Credit Union’s policies, procedures, internal controls, and financial records.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTORS
Associate Directors are appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as non-voting participants in board discussions and committee work. The role offers emerging leaders or subject-matter experts a chance to contribute, gain governance experience, and support the credit union's mission and strategic objectives.
DIRECTORS EMERITUS
Directors Emeritus are appointed by the Board of Directors in recognition of at least 20 years of volunteer service. They serve for three years following their retirement from the board in an advisory capacity, providing guidance to the board, staff, and committees as needed.
